How We Work

At the moment we are taking on  a limited amount of new work through our Council funded service, as we deal with a back-log of enquiries and ongoing case work.The Cancer Support is not affected. The Home Visiting Service came to an end in October and we started a new service in November called Life Plan Pilot Project which is due to run until the end of April 2013. We have had to reduce the number of Adviser hours due to a reduction in our Council funding and a change in emphasis in the funding which has been awarded to give us some time to try to secure new alternative funding. 

We operate an appointment system, which means it is likely you will have to wait for an appointment. We try and keep waiting periods to a minimum.
